Levi joined the company in Guernsey in 2018 as an Assistant PA and shortly after moved to the Human Resources department as an HR Coordinator. She obtained her CIPD Level 3 Certificate in Human Resources Practice in 2022 and thereafter qualified in CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management in 2024.

Levi is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and is currently studying towards the CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management.

As HR Manager for the Channel Islands, Levi oversees the day-to-day operations of the HR function and leads the planning, implementation, and monitoring of the companies’ strategic goals.

During her time at the company, Levi has gained extensive experience in all generalist HR matters and is also a qualified Mental Health First Aider.

Outside of work, Levi enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle through the gym and Pilates, reading a good book, and exploring the outdoors with her dog.
