Brian joined the business in 2017 as Group Finance Manager, was promoted to Group Finance Director in 2019 and then to Chief Financial Officer in 2024.

Qualifying as an accountant in 1997, he is now a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA). In 2025, Brian became a Certified Practitioner Money Laundering Reporting Officer and Fellow of the International Compliance Association. He has gained extensive commercial experience running multi-jurisdictional organisations’ finance departments with complex group structures. In addition to his finance duties, Brian sits on the regulated fiduciary board in Jersey and holds various executive and non-executive roles across the group.

Outside work, Brian is married with two children and spends most of his spare time collecting comic books and writing, and is a published author.
