Andre was born and educated in Guernsey. After leaving full-time education in 1986, Andre gained experience working in many functions of offshore trust and company administration while being employed in Guernsey and Jersey by subsidiaries of leading U.S. banks. He went on to join various trust businesses in Guernsey at trust manager level, dealing with a broad base of international clients, before being promoted to associate director of a global fiduciary and fund services organisation.

Over 35 years, Andre has gained significant experience with both private and corporate clients forming and administering multi-jurisdictional entities and structures. At Moore Stephens, Andre has responsibility for a team that administers a portfolio of discretionary and life interest trusts, foundations and companies holding a diverse portfolio of assets that include residential and commercial property, investment portfolios, private company holdings, art and cash. Andre is also the lead on the MFMS corporate offering, which provides services to clients involved in the generation of carbon credits in the voluntary carbon market. Andre is a qualified Trusts and Estates Practitioner (TEP), a member of The Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners, and an Associate Member of the Institute of Banking and Finance.

Andre is married with a family of three daughters. His interests outside of work include following most sports, with his particular passion supporting his football team, Liverpool FC, and he has recently taken up astronomy.
