Nick is the Managing Director of MFMS Fiduciaries (Guernsey) Limited, where he leads the firm’s Private Client Services business and is responsible for driving strategic growth, business development and the continued evolution of the fiduciary offering.

With more than 25 years’ experience in the fiduciary industry, Nick advises private clients, family offices and international structures across a broad range of wealth planning and asset holding structures. His expertise spans various types of trusts, foundations, companies and limited partnerships across numerous jurisdictions. He also serves on a number of client treasury boards, providing strategic financial oversight, governance and regulatory guidance.

Nick joined the company in October 2018 as a Director to lead the Private Client Services team and was appointed Managing Director of the fiduciaries business in Guernsey in January 2020. He qualified as a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in 2012 and gained his Fellowship in 2017.

Born in Norwich, England, and educated in Guernsey, Nick has built his career advising high-net-worth individuals, families and family offices, combining technical expertise with a pragmatic, relationship-driven approach to delivering long-term fiduciary solutions.

Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending time with his family and has a keen interest in motor racing.
